The Lebanese army announced on Wednesday that a number of members of a Lebanese Palestinian group, which carried out two missile launch operations from southern Lebanon, were arrested on March. A number of members of the group that carried out two missile launch operations in the south were arrested towards Israel.”

On March 22, the Lebanese army announced that it had been found on the platforms of roughest missiles in the north of the Litani River in southern Lebanon. Initial investigations by the army revealed that the missiles that were fired towards Israel are also an old style and the platforms appear to be primitive.

While no party has yet claimed responsibility for the incident, the Lebanese army said that any decisive data on the party that launched the missiles is not available and the investigation includes several parties.

For his part, Hezbollah denied at the time in a statement any relationship to firing rockets from southern Lebanon towards Israel, stressing its commitment to the ceasefire agreement.

The Israeli army fighters launched a series of air strikes targeting dozens of villages and towns in southern Lebanon, and killed two and wounded dozens, in response to the launch of 3 missiles from southern Lebanon towards the settlement of Al -Mutla.

As a result, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz threatened to target Beirut, holding the Lebanese government responsible for firing missiles.
