UNRWA: The lack of acute medications in Gaza is a threat to patients ’life – the seventh day

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed today, Wednesday, that the severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies in the Gaza Strip poses a serious threat to patients ’lives.

The agency indicated – in a statement on its official website, according to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) – that the health care system in the entire Gaza, and since the beginning of the aggression, under the attack, is required to lift the continuous siege imposed by the Israeli occupation forces on Gaza, and to renew the ceasefire.

In the same context, “Doctors Without Borders”, in a report published today, said that the Gaza Strip has become a mass grave for the Palestinians and those who help them.

The organization added that preventing the arrival of basic aid intentionally destroys the lives of the Palestinians again, calling for immediate lifting of Gaza, protecting the lives of the Palestinians and workers in the humanitarian and medical fields, and restoring the ceasefire and preserving it.
