Jordan refers the defendants in the “chaos cell” case to state security – the seventh day

The Jordanian Attorney General of the State Security Court, Brigadier General Judge Ahmed Talaat Shalalog, stated that the Public Prosecution of the State Security Court has completed all legal procedures related to a group of detainees with a number of cases announced on Tuesday, and referred it to the court.

According to the accusation regulations, the Prosecutor of the State Security Court assigned the accused in the case of missile manufacturing Abdullah Hisham and Moaz Al -Ghanem, charges of a felony to manufacture weapons with the intention of using them illegally.

He also assigned the charge of the felony of interfering with the manufacture of weapons with the intention of using them illegally for the accused, Mohsen Al -Ghanem, according to the terrorist law.

The Prosecutor of the State Security Court also assigned a felony to carry out actions that violate public order and endanger the safety of society and its security for the three defendants Abdullah Hisham, Moaz Al -Ghanem and Mohsen Al -Ghanem, according to the Jordan News Agency “Petra”.

In the case of the project to manufacture drones, the Prosecutor of the defendants, Ali Qassem, Abdel Aziz Haroun, Abdullah Al -Hadar, and Ahmed Khalifa, assigned a felony to carry out actions that violate public order and endanger the safety of society and its security.

In the recruitment cases, the Prosecutor of the State Security Court assigned the accused Khadr Abdel Aziz, Ayman Ajlawi, Muhammad Saleh, Marwan Al -Hawamdeh, and Anas Abu Awad on the charge of a felony to carry out actions that violate public order and endanger the safety of society and its security.

In the case of transporting and storing explosive materials and automatic weapons that were smuggled from abroad and hidden a missile in one of the suburbs of Amman, it is pending before the State Security Court and it is in the stage of defensive evidence in which 4 accused are tried.

The Jordanian government minister, the government’s official spokesman, Dr. Muhammad Al -Momani, announced on Tuesday the arrest of 16 elements in several cases that were aimed at prejudice to national security and raised chaos inside the Kingdom.
