Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al -Busaid said: I am proud to announce that we today hosted in Muscat the Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Abbas Arakji and the US President Steve Witkev’s envoy, and we broke out to start a dialogue and negotiations process aimed at reaching a fair and binding agreement.
