Syria is in front of the Security Council: Israel steals our waters and turns river paths – the seventh day

Today, Thursday, Syria expressed its rejection of Israeli interference in its internal affairs and its endeavor to steal its water resources.

“Damascus renews its firm right to extend its sovereignty over its entire territory, and rejected all Israeli attempts to interfere in its internal affairs,” said the United Nations delegate to the United Nations, Qusay al -Dahhak, in front of a security session on Syria.

The Syrian representative called on the Security Council to “condemn the Israeli attacks and immediately and immediately move to compel Israel to immediately stop its aggression.”

Al -Dahhak denounced the endeavors of Tel Aviv to “steal” Syrian water resources, pointing out that “the (Israeli) occupation authorities took control of the water resources in the south, and transformed the paths of rivers, which threatens the food and water security of the country.”

Israel launched the Syrian governorates last March about 80 air strikes, targeting various military sites in 5 Syrian governorates, in a remarkable escalation in terms of the number of strikes and the diversity of targets on separate areas of the country, especially in Homs and Damascus countryside.

The Israeli forces are penetrating in the rural governorates of Quneitra and Daraa in the southern south, frequently, under the pretext of searching for weapons, starting from military points that were held within the buffer zone along the tape at the occupied Syrian Golan.

Israeli strikes extend with artillery, missiles and aircraft to military sites in the governorates of Daraa, Quneitra and As -Suwayda, southern Syria, through the southern countryside of Damascus, to the depth of Syrian territory.
