In turn, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) warned that hostilities throughout Gaza are still inflicting heavy losses on civilians, causing more deaths and displacement and the destruction of vital infrastructure, and that thousands of families move again, to escape the bombing and repeated arguments orders issued by the Israeli authorities, stressing the absence of a safe place in Gaza, and the need to protect civilians, whether they stay or leave.
