Campaign in Sudan for volunteers and the weapon of engineers to raise the rubble of the war after the army took control of the capital – the seventh day

In the streets of Khartoum, a broad campaign was launched in the streets of the removal of the war, with the participation of volunteers and teams of the Sudanese Army’s engineers.

These efforts come within the framework of a long project to rehabilitate the capital after its liberation, clean its streets and cleanse it from explosives, to provide a safe environment for returning citizens, and enable government departments to resume their work.

The Sudanese army had continued to achieve significant progress and important victories, by restoring control of vital and strategic places, in the capital, Khartoum, which started with the presidential palace, extended control of the headquarters of the ministries and sovereign government headquarters, and the intelligence service in the capital, and imposing a stressful siege on the remaining elements of rapid support.

In continuation of the military moves, the army was able to regain control of the Libyan market, which is the largest market of Sudan, and the last stronghold of the Rapid Support militia in the western Omdurman.

By controlling the Libyan market, the Sudanese armed forces began to encircle the rapid support militia in the neighborhoods of Ambda and the villages of West Omdurman, and the validity of and Dar Al -Salam in the south of the city.

Brigadier Nabil Abdullah, a spokesman for the army, said in a brief press statement, “Our forces have extended their control over the Libyan market in Omdurman.”
