UNRWA: The northern West Bank has witnessed the largest wave of displacement since 1967 – the seventh day

UNRWA has warned that “the situation in the northern West Bank is still very concerned” as a result of the continuous Israeli aggression, noting that the aggression resulted in the largest wave of population displacement since the 1967 war.

And “UNRWA” – according to the Palestinian News Agency “Wafa” – stated that the Israeli aggression resulted in systematic destruction and forced displacement and guaranteed demolition orders that affected Palestinian families and refugee camps.

The agency indicated that it continues to work with its partners to provide urgent humanitarian assistance and psychological and social support for the displaced families, as well as adapting basic services and providing mobile health clinics and online learning services.

Since January 21, the Israeli occupation has continued its aggression against the cities and camps in the northern West Bank, specifically in the governorates of Jenin, Tulkarm, Tubas and Nablus, which resulted in the death and injury of dozens of citizens, including children and women, the displacement of more than 40 thousand citizens, and the destruction of hundreds of homes and infrastructure.
