The governor of the new Lebanon Bank, Karim Saeed, pledged to eliminate the illegal economy in his country by combating money laundering and financing terrorism, and working to rebuild confidence in the Lebanese banking sector, calling for the reconstruction of commercial banks and contributing to the payment of deposits.

Karim Saeed said – during the delivery and delivery ceremony that took place in Beirut with the governor of the Bank of Lebanon, Wassim Mansouri, according to the National Media Agency in Lebanon today / Friday / – – “We will work to rebuild confidence in the banking sector, find incentives and re -financing the economic wheel through the financial and legal banking sector.”

He added, “The Bank of Lebanon will work to eliminate the illegal economy by combating money laundering and financing terrorism, and banks must increase its capital by adding new funds gradually and on any bank that does not want to integrate with other banks.”
