The Israeli occupation continues its violations in Tulkarm: the arrest of a Palestinian and the burning of homes and raids – the seventh day

On Saturday evening, the Israeli occupation forces escalated their attacks on the city of Tulkarm and its camp, as they arrested a citizen after his commercial shop, while continuing raids and inspection campaigns, and burned and detonated houses in Nur Shams camp.

The Palestinian News Agency reported that two military mechanisms for the occupation were stationed in the vicinity of Shweika roundabout in the northern neighborhood of the city, where the occupation soldiers hindered the movement of vehicles and citizens, especially after the end of the dinner and Tarawih prayers, stopped the young men and checked their identities, and achieved with them the field amid the firing of sound bombs and bullets with the aim of intimidating the people.

In the same context, the occupation forces raided a number of shops on Shweika Street, conducted accurate searches and interrogated their workers, before forcing their owners to close them, and arrested the citizen Moaz Abu Shamla after storming his shop and sabotaging its contents.

The occupation forces continued to storm the houses in separate neighborhoods of Tulkarm camp, and forced their residents to leave, especially targeting areas: compassionate square, agency, Waqqun, and Abu Al -Foul.

In the context, a number of Palestinians were injured, this evening, as a result of targeting the Israeli occupation forces, in the central Gaza Strip.

Wafa reported that an Israeli prisoner bombed a group of citizens while collecting firewood, east of the village of Jar Al -Deek, in the middle of the Strip, which resulted in the injury of a number of them.

It is noteworthy that 12 Palestinians, including a child and three photographers, were killed in the Gaza Strip since this morning, bringing the number of martyrs who have risen since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on January 19 to 150 martyrs.

The death toll in the Gaza Strip has increased since the start of the Israeli aggression on the seventh of October 2023, to 48,543 martyrs, in addition to 111,981 wounded, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads that ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
