The Israeli occupation forces arrest a journalist from the courtyards of Al -Aqsa Mosque – the seventh day

The Israeli occupation forces arrested, on Saturday evening, journalist Ahmed Jalajel from the courtyards of the blessed Al -Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, and handed him a summons to the investigation tomorrow, Sunday.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) quoted local sources as saying that the occupation forces arrested Jalajel from the courtyards of Al -Aqsa Mosque at the time of breakfast, and detained him for a period of time, before receiving a summons to one of its centers tomorrow, Sunday.

The Israeli occupation continues to target journalists in Jerusalem by arresting, imposing house arrest, and deporting the Al -Aqsa Mosque, against the background of their journalistic work or the pretext of incitement through social media platforms.

In the context, Al -Quds Governorate stated that the occupation forces stormed the Karam Al -Sheikh neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of Al -Aqsa Mosque, without reporting arrests.

The occupation forces had arrested earlier this evening a number of young men, while distributing breakfast meals in the courtyards of Al -Aqsa Mosque.
