Palestine calls on the United Nations to move against Israel’s crimes in the West Bank and Gaza – the seventh day

In his letters, according to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), Mansour said that at least 962 Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement were documented during a 42 -day period since he entered into force, which led to the death of 116 citizens, including children, and the injury of 490 others, indicating that the Israeli occupation continues to violate the decisions of the United Nations General Assembly and the UN Security Council, including Resolution 2735 The Council adopted it regarding the ceasefire in Gaza.

Mansour touched on the occupation’s refusal to withdraw in accordance with the agreement, including from the Philadelphia Corridor, along with the decision of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to stop all goods and supplies to the Gaza Strip, in a flagrant violation of the orders of the binding temporary measures and in the midst of the International Court of Justice sessions under the genocide agreement, and the advisory measures on the legal obligations of Israel related to the existence and activities of the United Nations and international organizations The other in the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as providing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian civilian population, which reflects the depth of Israel’s lack of respect for international law and international institutions.

He stressed the urgent need to move, including the Security Council, the High Contracting Parties in the Fourth Geneva Convention, to ensure accountability through concrete measures, impose sanctions and prohibit weapons to confront the challenge of Israel … stressing the need for the international community to demand Israel to respect the ceasefire agreement, and provide humanitarian aid to Palestinian citizens without obstruction.

“Mansour” affirmed Israel continued its brutal aggression against the cities of the West Bank, in addition to the settlers’ continued attacks against the Palestinians.

He said, “While the occupying power continues its colonial campaign in the West Bank, including an Israeli bill that proposes the creation of” Greater Jerusalem “with a clear goal to include the colonies established on the lands of citizens surrounding occupied East Jerusalem, with the Israeli law, the judiciary and the administration” on the so -called “Greater Jerusalem region”, which constitutes a complete contempt for the Security Council, its authority, charter and decisions, including Resolution 2334.

In his letters, Mansour stressed the need for urgent action by the Security Council, to ensure the sustainability of the fire agreement, and the provision of humanitarian aid without obstacle and on the required scale, implementing the entire agreement, allowing the return of the Palestinian people to all parts of Gaza and the immediate start of the efforts of recovery and reconstruction … stressing that the time has come to stop the bloodshed and destruction, and respond to the increasing calls for the sake of just peace, and to make tangible efforts To achieve a just and permanent solution in accordance with international law, and the relevant United Nations resolutions, and invite it to hold an international conference for a peaceful and fair solution to the issue of Palestine and achieve a two -state solution.
