UN decision: The crisis is exacerbated in Gaza … and attempts to displacement are a crime against humanity – the seventh day

The UN rarely concerned with the issue of poverty and human rights, Olivier de Shutter, warned of the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where children suffer from malnutrition, while the suffering of women increases, and the situation increases complicated due to the stopping of all humanitarian operations in the Strip after stopping the entry of aid due to Israeli restrictions.

Shulter said, during an intervention with the “Cairo” news channel, that Israel is following a clear strategy aimed at forcibly displacing the Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law, stressing that this forced displacement is a crime against humanity.

The UN decision affirmed that all countries bear the responsibility to exert pressure on Israel and its allies in order to stop these scandalous violations, stressing that there is a commitment from the United Nations member states to stop weapons to Israel, as well as international pressure and take punitive measures against it.

At the end of his intervention, Shulter stressed the need to support the Palestinians in Gaza, calling for the speedy entry of humanitarian aid and the lifting of the restrictions imposed by Israel, with the need to provide urgent support to ensure that the Palestinians remain in their lands, in light of the continued serious Israeli violations.
