On the other hand, Russian President Vladimir Putin had previously expressed his gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for organizing talks between the Russian and American sides and the friendly atmosphere of work during which negotiations took place.
Putin said, in statements reported by the Russian (TAS) news agency, that he intends to contact the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during the next few days, to thank him for hosting his country for Russian-American talks in Riyadh.
