The Secretary of the Gulf Cooperation Council announces its support for the Egyptian plan for the reconstruction of Gaza – the seventh day

The Secretary -General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jassim Muhammad Al -Badawi, stressed the refusal to download Egypt, any consequences due to attempts to displace the Palestinian people, and said: “The achievement of peace in the region must be in the context of the unified Palestinian state and the implementation of a two -state solution.”

The Secretary -General of the Gulf Cooperation Council added, in statements reported by the Cairo News Channel: “We announce our support for the Egyptian plan to rebuild the Gaza Strip and urge the international community to participate in its rehabilitation,” stressing that the Cairo summit reflected the Egyptian commitment and the unlimited support for the Palestinian issue.

The Secretary -General of the Gulf Cooperation Council continued: “The dangerous Israeli escalation against the Palestinian people constitutes a flagrant threat to their identity and rights.”

The Secretary -General of the Gulf Cooperation Council concluded, saying: “We seek to consolidate historical relations and support the strategic partnership with Egypt.”
