The robot is distinguished; Privately prepared for the Presidency of Religious Affairs with a design inspired by Islamic motifs; Which reflects the spirit and beauty of the enrichment Islamic architecture in the Two Holy Mosques, which makes it a unique addition that combines originality and contemporary technology and high -end enrichment aesthetic touches; In order to improve the experience of pilgrims and pilgrims, which allows them to access information easily and smoothly, and robot also provides an enrichment technology vision with an elegant design and advanced techniques for without limits.

A beacon robot is characterized by a calm operation that suits the sanctity of the campus and vocal interaction with the user, as it receives vocal questions from the user and converting them into a text and supporting the audio responses: Reading the answers to the user in a clear voice instead of displaying them as a text only and analyzing the question and converting it into classical Arabic to provide accurate answers.

The system begins with the phrase “in the name of God” in the center of the movement, then it is followed by “God is great”, as at the beginning of the circumambulation, which gives a special spirituality that enhances the user experience inside the campus.

In the event that an answer is not found, the user can call through a video call directly with the Mufti’s virtue to obtain a reliable fatwa. A lighthouse robot provides accurate and expanded reports to head the two holy mosques about the number of stakeholders, peak hours, and the most frequent questions.

The stages of answering the inquiries of legal questioners and fatwas of scholars and sheikhs in the Two Holy Mosques have witnessed a remarkable development over the past decades; Starting with the use of the traditional chair and old phones, to the transition to the modern chair, then the creation of the liquid management center offices equipped with electronic devices.
