Today, Thursday, the work of the second edition of the international conference will be launched: “Building bridges between Islamic schools”, organized by the Islamic World League in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and in the presence of the Grand Mufti of the Islamic nation and its scholars, from all sects and schools, in more than 90 countries. The Islamic World League explained that this copy of the conference, which is titled: “Towards an active Islamic occupation”, represents a step further in Islamic familiarity, and seeking to develop practical programs for the document of building bridges between Islamic sects, and coordinating positions to face the common challenges and risks, in the establishment of a systematic work that crystallizes in initiatives and projects that enhance the method of moderation, and refute sectarian discourse and practices.
The League pointed out that the first edition of the conference “Building Bridges between Islamic Doctrines” and its university document embodied the wisdom of Islam, and laid the foundations of coordination of positions and efforts in the field of work between the forces of Islamic moderation according to their different sects and sects, because of the good and service of the Islamic nation, and confronting the forces of extremism and exaggeration, which offended the image of our true religion.
