He pointed out that the procedures issued included an update to the classification of the Houthi militia, as they were included in the list of foreign terrorist organizations (FTO), in addition to their previous classification as a particularly specific global terrorist entity (SDGT), and the US Treasury also added a number of individuals and entities associated with the Houthi militia to the list of specially listed (SDN List).
