This came during a meeting with the Ugandan President with the Vice -President of the Sudanese Sovereign Council, Commander Malik Aqar, at the Presidential Palace in Anteby, where the situation was made in Sudan.
The Sudanese News Agency stated that “Aqar” explained to the Ugandan President, the Sudanese government’s vision to end the war and the transitional period, indicating that the way to end the war is clear and is to implement the outputs of the Jeddah Declaration, end the occupation of civilian objects and target services facilities.

The Rapid Support Forces, political forces and Sudanese armed movements announced, last Saturday, a political charter to form a parallel government in Sudan, in a move rejected by the Sudanese government, and the signing came after consultations and negotiations that lasted for about five days in the Kenyan capital (Nairobi) with the aim of forming a “parallel government” in areas under the control of the Rapid Support Forces and supporting forces.
