The Palestinian Council of Ministers also valued – during its meeting today / Wednesday / – supporting the extraordinary Arab summit hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt yesterday, the Palestinian government’s efforts and official devices, the formation of the Gaza Strip Affairs Committee under the umbrella of the Palestinian government, the support of the UNRWA’s UNRWA efforts, and the establishment of an international fund to take care of orphans, and many other decisions.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Mohamed Mustafa reviewed the upcoming Arab and Islamic movements to mobilize more international support for embodying the Palestinian state, ending the Israeli occupation, supporting the Gaza Strip’s reconstruction plan, holding an international conference for donors, and establishing a credit fund under international supervision of various pledges and financial contributions to it, to finance the early recovery plan, and reconstruction to ensure transparency, efficiency of work and procedures.
The Council called on various international bodies to pressure the occupation to reopen the crossings with the Gaza Strip, and to resume the entry of aid shipments, which are still disrupting their entry for the fourth day in a row, stressing the refusal to politicize the aid and use them as a blackmailing card that deepens the suffering of our people in the Strip.
