Egypt receives the batch 30 Gaza injured people through the Rafah crossing and continues to provide medical care – the seventh day

Today, Wednesday, Egypt received the 30th batch of Gaza wounded, and arrived through the Rafah outlet 37 wounded and sick, and 57 facilities.

Medical teams continue to be the maximum preparation for receiving the rest of the injured, to enter into this batch, within the framework of the continuous Egyptian humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian people.

As soon as the injured arrived at the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing, they were transported by ambulances equipped to Al -Arish General Hospital, where they underwent initial medical examinations to assess their health conditions.

The 29th batch arrived, the day before yesterday, through the Rafah crossing, as it included 25 wounded and patients and 32 were transferred to Egyptian hospitals to complete their treatment. These Egyptian efforts come within the framework of the ongoing directives from the political leadership to provide full support to the Palestinian wounded and facilitate their treatment in Egypt.

For his part, Major General Khaled Mujawar, Governor of North Sinai, confirmed that the governorate continues to provide facilities to receive the Palestinian wounded, noting that North Sinai hospitals were supported by a specialized medical staff and the latest medical devices, to ensure the provision of the necessary treatment services at the highest level. He added that there is a continuous coordination between the concerned authorities to ensure the speedy transfer of the injured to the appropriate hospitals for their cases.

It is noteworthy that, since the beginning of the crisis, Egypt has received numbers of Palestinian injured, as they underwent treatment in Al -Arish, Ismailia and Cairo hospitals, amid integrated medical care aimed at saving lives and alleviating the suffering of the wounded and their families.
