The European Union calls for all efforts to preserve the Gaza Agreement and to resume the entry of aid – the seventh day

Today, Tuesday, European Council President Antonio Costa called for all possible efforts to maintain the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, and urged all parties to return to communicate with brokers on talks on the second stage of the agreement.

Costa said – in a post on the platform (X) for social communication, after a meeting held by European Union officials with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas before the extraordinary summit of the League of Arab States on Gaza, to be launched in Cairo later in the day, that: “The European Union urges all parties to make all possible efforts to maintain the ceasefire agreement and the editing of hostages, humanitarian aid must be delivered to Gaza immediately and safely and without Obstacles.

The President of the European Council also called on all parties to return to communicate with brokers on talks on the second stage of the agreement.

Costa added that: “The European Union supports the Palestinian Authority and its reformist agenda,” stressing the need for the Palestinian Authority to play a decisive role in Gaza on the (next day) of the war.

The President of the European Council arrived in Cairo yesterday, Monday, to attend the extraordinary Arab summit scheduled today; This is on behalf of the European Union.
