The Libyan Ministry stressed in a statement on its Facebook page that it worked to ensure the application of the law and provide all legal and human guarantees to the Libyan citizen Hannibal Gaddafi.
However, the ministry did not specify the mechanism for the launch of Gaddafi or the subsequent steps after that step.

Libyan Minister Khaled Masoud, the director, expressed his happiness at the release of Hannibal Gaddafi, considering this a victory for justice and law, stressing the importance of the role of the judiciary in achieving justice and ensuring the rights of all Libyan citizens.
