Jordan and Britain review aspects of cooperation in the defense and military fields – the seventh day

The head of the Jordanian Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Youssef Ahmed Al -Hunaiti, met today, Thursday, in his office in the General Command, the British Ambassador to the Kingdom, Philip Hall.

During the meeting, the aspects of bilateral cooperation were discussed, and a number of issues of common concern in the defense and military fields were reviewed, and in a way that contributes to supporting common interests, as well as discussing the latest regional and international developments.

Major General Al -Hunaiti stressed the importance of enhancing joint coordination, in the areas of training, in a way that enhances the level of strategic partnership between the two sides to face various challenges.

For his part, the British ambassador expressed his appreciation for the pivotal role played by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in establishing regional security and stability, valuing the continuing efforts to support peace issues in the region.

The meeting was attended by the British military attache and a number of senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces.
