Dr. Mamdouh Jabr, former Palestinian Foreign Minister, said that Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is still continuing his aggressive policies towards the Palestinians, stressing that he is manipulating the negotiation papers in an attempt to gain time and satisfy the far -right coalition inside Israel, while at the same time he continues to work to dismantle Palestinian society and target civilians in the Gaza Strip.

He added during statements with the media, Hajar Jalal, the presenter of the “midday” program on the “Cairo News” screen, that there are diplomatic moves and negotiations taking place in the scenes to try to calm the situation, pointing out that the past few days have witnessed a new move in the path of negotiations, led by Cairo and Doha, with American participation, and with indirect intervention for both Türkiye and France.
He pointed out that the entry of Türkiye came at the request of Hamas, which wants a Turkish role that gives it moral support before announcing its abdication of the ruling in the Gaza Strip.
He pointed out that France, despite its history in supporting Israel, has begun to express its clear concern over what is going on in Gaza, and is trying to move under the slogan “We want peace”, which angered the Israeli government.
He warned, that the Israeli moves are heading towards a dangerous plan to divide the Gaza Strip into two parts, north and south, as part of the full control of Gaza City, amid disputes within the Israeli government itself, most notably what happened recently between Foreign Minister Katz and the Chief of Staff on the mechanism of control.
