The King of Jordan and the Chief of Staff of the Pakistani Navy discusses ways to enhance defense cooperation – the seventh day

The Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II, discussed with the Chief of Staff of the Pakistani Naval Forces, Lieutenant General Navid Ashraf, ways to enhance cooperation in the defensive field between the two countries.

This came during the reception of the Jordanian monarch today, Tuesday, at the Husayniyah Palace, to the head of the Pakistani Naval Staff Authority, where developments were reviewed in the region, especially the situation in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

In the context, the head of the Jordanian Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Youssef Ahmed Al -Hunaiti, discussed today in his office, with the Chief of Staff of the Pakistani Naval Forces, means of military cooperation and coordination, and ways to develop bilateral relations to serve the interest of the armed forces in the two countries.

The head of the Jordanian Joint Chiefs of Staff stressed – during the meeting – the importance of unifying international efforts to achieve international peace and security, stressing the need to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.

For his part, the Chief of Staff of the Pakistani Navy, the Pakistani Navy, expressed his appreciation for the Jordanian efforts to support security and stability in the region, praising the advanced level reached by the Jordanian armed forces.
