Eyewitnesses revealed that drones targeted sites for storing petroleum derivatives west of the industrial zone in Atbara, Nile River state, for the second time in less than a week, which led to the destruction of one of the stores, according to Sudanese media.

They pointed out that an attack by another running plane targeted the electricity of the city of Atbara, in conjunction with the attack on the petroleum derivative warehouse.

For its part, the Media Coordination Council of the Sudan Electricity Company said that the Atbara station was attacked by the marches, which resulted in direct injuries to nutrition transformers, the Nile and the Red Sea, which led to the suspension of the electrical supply from the two states.

He explained that the Civil Defense Forces are making great efforts to put out the fire, and the technical evaluation process will be conducted for the effects of the attack and then take the required treatments.

Over continuous days, rapid support has been targeting strategic civil and military sites in the northern states and the Nile River, which led to severe damage to the Meroe Dam, which resulted in a power outage that included a number of states.
