Dr. Khalil Al -Dakran, a spokesman for the Palestinian Ministry of Health, said that the Israeli occupation committed a new crime at dawn today, by targeting the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, which led to the destruction of vital departments such as outpatient clinics, laboratories, reception department, and pharmacy, which completely removed the hospital from service.

He emphasized, during an intervention on the “Extra News” channel, that Al -Ma’dani Hospital is the only remaining hospital in Gaza Governorate, and he was serving nearly a million citizens, and is considered one of the oldest health institutions in the sector, adding that this attack is part of a systematic series of crimes targeting the Palestinian health system.

Al -Duqran explained that all hospitals of Gaza Governorate are out of service, which puts patients and those injured in the face of inevitable death, adding that what is happening is a “collective death sentence” for these patients, in light of the inability of health institutions to provide the necessary care.
