The Israeli occupation delivers the “Al -Aqsa” preacher a decision to remove the mosque for a week – the seventh day

The Israeli occupation forces summoned the preacher of the blessed Al -Aqsa Mosque, Muhammad Salim, for investigation, after Friday prayers, and handed him a decision to deport from “Al -Aqsa” for a renewable week.

She later added that the occupation handed over a decision to remove the Al -Aqsa Mosque for a week, to return to it after a week to renew the decision.

Thousands had performed Friday prayers in the Al -Aqsa Mosque, in light of the strict military measures imposed by the Israeli occupation authorities to reach the mosque.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces obstructed the arrival of the worshipers to the Al -Aqsa Mosque to perform the prayer through the Babi al -Amoud and the Sibbah, and taught their identities, and stopped a number of young men and prevented them from entering the mosque.

The occupation forces continue to impose strict restrictions on the entry of worshipers to the Al -Aqsa Mosque, especially on Fridays.

The occupation authorities prohibit thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank governorates from reaching Jerusalem to perform the prayer in the Al -Aqsa Mosque, where they are required to obtain special permits to cross their military barriers surrounding the holy city.

The Israeli occupation stressed in recent months of its military measures in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, by erecting barriers and iron gates at the entrances to Palestinian villages and cities.

The number of military barriers and iron gates, which the occupation installed in the West Bank reached 898 barriers and a gate, including 18 iron gates erected by the occupation since the beginning of this year 2025, and (146) iron gate erected by the occupation after the seventh of October 2023, according to the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority.
