The text of the decision stated: “Based on the powers granted, and after reviewing the initial report of the National Committee for Investigation and Facts in the events of the Syrian coast, and the problem under Presidential Resolution No. 3, and after considering the extension request submitted by the committee, it is necessary to complete its work in accordance with the approved standards, the President of the Republic decides the following:
