The Syrian President extends the work of the Committee for Investigation and Facts in the Events of the Sahel 3 months – the seventh day

The Syrian President for the transitional stage, Ahmed Al -Shara, signed a presidential decision to extend the work of the National Committee for Investigation and Investigation of Facts in the coast events.

The text of the decision stated: “Based on the powers granted, and after reviewing the initial report of the National Committee for Investigation and Facts in the events of the Syrian coast, and the problem under Presidential Resolution No. 3, and after considering the extension request submitted by the committee, it is necessary to complete its work in accordance with the approved standards, the President of the Republic decides the following:

Extending the work of the committee for three months, not extended
The committee is working to complete the completion of its mission and take appropriate measures for that, according to the established assets.
The committee shall submit the final report on the specified date
This decision works from the date of its issuance and is published in the Official Gazette.

The Sahel region, in western Syria, where a majority of the Alawite community has lived, since last March 7, has witnessed widespread violations that killed dozens.

The Public Security Forces in Syria announced that they had fought clashes with armed groups of the former regime.

The Syrian Ministry of Defense confirmed that it had developed a plan to control the situation with the aim of not expanding operations inside the cities in order to preserve the safety of its people.
