The Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II, stressed the need to reach a comprehensive calm, starting to stop Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, restore the ceasefire, and enter relief aid.
This came during the meeting of the Jordanian monarch, in Sofia, today, Friday, the Bulgarian Prime Minister Rossen Giliazkov, in the presence of Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, the chief adviser to the King for Religious and Cultural Affairs, his personal envoy, where they discussed the most prominent developments in the Middle East, especially in Gaza and the West Bank.

The Jordanian monarch affirmed the depth of friendship between the two countries, and Jordan’s keenness to enhance cooperation with Bulgaria in various fields.
King Abdullah II appreciated Bulgaria’s efforts in hosting the “Aqaba meetings” held in Sofia in partnership with Jordan, and its role in enhancing coordination between countries and relevant organizations to face common challenges.

The meeting was attended, according to the statement of the Royal Court, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Jordanian Expatriate Affairs Ayman Al -Safadi, Director of the King’s Office, Eng. Alaa Al -Batayneh, and Jordan’s Ambassador to Bulgaria Moataz Al -Khasawneh.
