The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy in Kuwait announced the dismissal of electricity from limited parts of 3 agricultural areas, and 5 industrial areas, and indicated that the period of power outages will not exceed 3 hours, adding that electric loads are being monitored. According to the Kuwaiti “Al -Qabas”.
These areas included both the areas of Abdali, Rawdatin and Agricultural Al -Aghara, in addition to the areas of the port of Abdullah, Sakhaan, Al -Sulaibiya, Al -Rai and Shuwaikh industrial.
The Ministry of Electricity had noted in the early today, Wednesday, that it may have to separate the electrical current from parts of some agricultural and industrial areas successively.
In the statement, the Ministry attributed the dismissal of the current to the high electric loads, in addition to the ongoing maintenance work of some electricity generation units, and in preparation for their full operation during the summer, as this season is carried out in order to preserve the stability of the country’s electrical system.
She explained that the areas that will be included in the pieces are: agricultural areas (Al -Rawdatin – Al -Wafra – Al -Abdali), and the industrial areas (Abdullah Port – Sobhan – Al -Rai – Shuwaikh Industrial).
