The Israeli occupation continues its aggression against Tulkarm and its camp for the 66th day – the seventh day

The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression against the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 66th day in a row, and on Nour Shams camp for the 53rd day, amid a field escalation during the military reinforcements, raids of homes and arrests.

Palestinian sources reported, according to the Palestinian News Agency, that a young man was wounded at dawn today, Wednesday, with the bullets of the occupation forces in the foot after the storming of Shweika suburb, north of the city.

The same sources added that the occupation forces launched a broad campaign of arrests that were concentrated in the Al -Dhahra area in the suburb.

The occupation forces also arrested the citizen Muhammad Fathi Al -Asaad and his son Karim Al -Asaad from his home near the housing area in the suburb of Aktaba, east of the city.

The local sources added that the occupation forces deployed in the Al -Masqoufa area between the two districts of Shweika and Waktaba, coinciding with the storming of Al -Dhahra area in Shweika.

In parallel, the occupation forces pushed military reinforcements towards the city and its camps, Tulkarm and Nour Shams, and deployed their legs and their mechanisms in the major lanes and streets amid the indiscriminate firing of live bullets.

Witnesses reported that the occupation forces continued the evacuation of residents from the Jabal Al -Salihin area in Nur Shams camp by force, amid intense military deployment and a continuous escalation by the occupation that applies its siege to the camp, coinciding with the incursions of mechanisms, bulldozers and infantry teams for its lanes, accompanied by raids, sabotage, burning of homes and destroying the infrastructure.

While the occupation forces continued to block the Tulkarm camp, and its deployment in its lanes, although the majority of its residents were forcibly left, after the occupation was destroyed, the entire infrastructure, the sabotage, demolition and burning of dozens of houses and facilities.

In the same context, the occupation forces set up several barriers in the city and its surroundings, during which the vehicles were arrested and subjected to inspection, most notably a barrier on Nablus Street near the traffic lights junction opposite the Tulkarm camp, and another near the Jabara Bridge gate at the southern entrance to the city, with the spread of infantry teams in the Al -Rashid neighborhood in the suburb of Sanaba.

The occupation forces installed their barriers on Nablus Street, and intercepts the movement of vehicles, as part of the policy of restricting citizens, especially after closing clips from this street with dirt berms in both directions, coinciding with the seizure of a number of houses in it and turning them into military barracks with their mechanisms stationed in their surroundings.

The continuous aggression against the city and its camp resulted in the death of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of which is pregnant in the eighth month, in addition to the injury and arrest of dozens, and a forced displacement of more than 4000 families from the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, along with dozens of families from the northern neighborhood of the city after the seizure of their homes and the transfer of a number of them into military barracks.

It also inflicted a comprehensive destruction in the infrastructure, homes, shops and vehicles that were subjected to total and partial demolition, burning, sabotage, looting and theft, as 396 houses were completely destroyed and 2573 in part in the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps in addition to closing their entrances and tearing them with dirt berms.

In a related context, a young man was killed by the bullets of the Israeli occupation forces, while storming the Old City of the city of Nablus.

Medical sources announced the martyrdom of the 33 -year -old citizen Hamza Al -Khammash, as a result of his serious injury by the occupation forces.

The occupation forces stormed the Old City of Nablus, raided the house of the martyr Al -Khammash, and shot him from a close distance, which resulted in a bullet in the thigh, before announcing his martyrdom at a later time.
