The spokesman for the Ansar Allah group in Yemen (the Houthis), Muhammad Abdul Salam, issued a statement yesterday, Tuesday, in which he announced the targeting of the American aircraft carrier Truman and other naval pieces with winged missiles.
Abdel Salam said: “In response to the American aggression against our country, the naval forces, the missile force and the marching air force in our armed forces targeted hostile warfare in the Red Sea, led by the American aircraft carrier Truman, with a number of winged missiles and drones in a continuous clash until the time of the announcement of this statement, which is the third during the past 24 hours.”
He continued: “The armed forces are continuing against the American enemy by targeting its warfare in the area of operations announced at an escalating pace, God willing.”
He concluded by saying: “The operations of the armed forces against the Israeli enemy by preventing its navigator in the Red and Arab Bahrain and targeting its military and vital facilities aim to stop the genocide against the oppressed Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and continuing the views and hearing of Arabs and Muslims and all the world and these operations will only stop by stopping the aggression on Gaza and lifting the siege on it.”
