The occupation targets a building in the southern suburb of Beirut with air strikes – the seventh day

Lebanese media reported that the Israeli occupation army carried out today, Tuesday, an air strike targeting a building in the district of Madi in the southern suburbs of the capital, Beirut.

Ambulances rushed to the target place, amid reports of a large number of injuries.

The Israeli occupation army issued a statement on this attack saying: “Shortly before, under the guidance of the (Shin Bet), the Israeli Air Force carried out a raid in the suburban area, a major stronghold of” Hezbollah “… The raid targeted a member of Hezbollah that had recently directed members of Hamas and helped them plan a major and suspicious attack against Israeli civilians,” he said.

The statement added: “Given the direct threat that this element formed, the army and the Public Security Agency worked to liquidate it and remove the threat,” as he put it.

The statement concluded: “The Israeli Defense Army and the Public Security Service will continue to work to prevent any threat to the civilians of the State of Israel,” according to his description.
