Palestinian President: We seek peace, but we refuse to surrender and we will remain fixed in our land – the seventh day

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that the Palestinian people love life and yearn for freedom, and defends dignity and the homeland, and that he took all means to achieve a just and comprehensive peace, but he does not find a partner with which he achieves this noble purpose based on international law and international legitimacy.

Abbas added – in a speech addressed to the Palestinian people on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al -Fitr, reported by the Palestinian News Agency: “We are seeking peace, but we refuse to surrender, and we will remain steadfast in our land, steadfast in our homeland, despite all the difficulties that we live in, despite the siege, aggression, starvation and the plots of displacement, and we will win, God willing.”

He continued: “We are not students of war, and we do not love suffering and pain, we are a people who love life and yearn for freedom, and defends dignity and the homeland, and we have knocked on all doors, and we have inhabited all the ways to achieve a just and comprehensive peace, but we do not find a partner with which we achieve this noble purpose based on international law and international legitimacy.”

The Palestinian President addressed a special speech to Gaza, saying: “To its steadfast people, despite the wounds, aggression and terrorism, to her children who see in their innocent eyes the future of free and dear Palestine, I say to them all: patience, heroes .. Patience, O steadfast people who are steadfast .. Sabra Al Yasser .. Your voice fills the entire world .. Your voice fills our minds and our hearts, God willing, and soon we will be together under the banner of our one free and generous state with blessed Jerusalem as its capital.

He added: “The cloud will disappear … the state will rise … the occupation will leave … and then the believers rejoice in the victory of God … a greeting to the dear Gaza, a salute to the blessed Jerusalem, a greeting to the steadfast bank, a salute to our people everywhere.”
