UN spokesman has expressed great concern about the escalation through the Blue Line, according to the UNIFIL force monitored by the Israeli air strikes on southern Lebanon and also the southern suburbs of Beirut.

UN spokesman Stephen Dujarric said that the bombing in the southern suburb, which reported that civilian casualties were the first since the end of the endowment of hostilities and Dujarik urged all parties to practice the utmost restraint and refrain from any escalatory acts that endanger civilians.

He said that the United Nations Special Coordinator of Lebanon, Jenin Henis -Blaskart and General Aroldo, to the effect of the Commander -in -Chief of the United Nations Provisional Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in contact with all parties to calm the escalation and prevent any other incidents that threaten both sides of the blue line.

The UN spokesman indicated that since the beginning of the endowment of hostilities, about a million people have returned to their societies in southern Lebanon and still more than 93 thousand people, displaced. Israeli hostilities have killed more than 4,000 people in Lebanon.
