For his part, Sameh Shebl, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade in Fayoum, said during a tour of the retailer exhibitions and outlets in the governorate, that Eid and biscuits and its supplies are presented in 20 commodity exhibitions, 65 shades, and 9 mobile cars, in addition to 11 consumer outlets belonging to the Egyptian wholesale trade company in Fayoum, indicating that large quantities are offered on a daily basis due to the increased demand The purchase is that 4 types of Eid and biscuits are offered in the catering outlets, produced by the General Company for the Great Cairo Bakeries of the Holding Company for Food Industries, one of the entities of the Ministry of Supply, which is a box of a kilo of 170 and 180 pounds, and a pack of 1.5 kilograms at 260 pounds, and a 2 -kilometer adultery box for 360 pounds.
Shebl explained that it was agreed with the major chains in Fayoum Governorate to participate in the initiative to launch the Eid cake with discounts for consumers on the occasion of Eid Al -Fitr, stressing the existence of a major participation by the private sector, in addition to the cooperation of the Chamber of Commerce in the governorate in offering goods with discounts through its employees.
Shebl added that 54 Espota bakery launched the Eid and biscuits cakes and its requirements with discounts also for consumers, in order to stimulate its sales during the blessed Eid Al -Fitr season, indicating that the Avrangian bakeries are emphasized, pointing out that a plan to receive the blessed Eid Al -Fitr is currently being implemented, through the establishment of the main operations room in the Directorate and sub -operations rooms in the subsidiaries.
He explained that it includes oversight and follow -up with the availability of all food commodities and meat in the branches of the Egyptian Company for Wholesale and the Local Market, while ensuring their quality and suitability, while ensuring the application of the declared discounts in all shops, while following up the stability of the rationing situation in the outlets of the commodity exchange.
