The Syrian Foreign Ministry denounces the continuous Israeli aggression on its soil – the seventh day

Today, Tuesday, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the continuous Israeli aggression on Syrian soil, which witnessed a dangerous escalation in the village of Koya in the western countryside of Daraa, where the village was subjected to intense artillery and air strikes targeting residential neighborhoods and farms.

The Syrian ministry said in a press statement today, Tuesday: “This escalation comes in the context of a series of violations that began to penetrate the Israeli forces in the governorates of Quneitra and Daraa, as part of a continuous aggression on Syrian soil, in a flagrant violation of national sovereignty and international laws,” according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA).

The ministry added: “We confirm our categorical rejection of these crimes, and we call for an international investigation into the crimes committed against innocent people and about Israeli violations.”

The ministry continued: “We also call on the people of the Syrian people to stick to their land and reject any attempts to displace or impose a new reality by force, stressing that these attacks will not discourage the Syrians from defending their rights and land.”
