UNRWA: 124,000 people from the Gaza Strip were displaced within days of Israeli bombing – the seventh day

UNRWA announced the displacement of 124,000 people from the Gaza Strip within a few days, as a result of the continuous shelling of the Israeli occupation, calling for the end of the siege imposed on Gaza.

UNRWA said – in a post on the platform (X), according to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) today, Tuesday, that 124,000 people were displaced within days, forced to flee the continuous bombing, as families carry little of what they have, which are homeless, safe, or there is a place they can go to.

She added that the Israeli authorities cut all aid, so the meals are scarce and the prices are high, describing the situation in the Strip as a “human tragedy”.
The Israeli occupation resumed, at dawn last Tuesday, its air strikes on the Gaza Strip in violation of the ceasefire agreement.
