The United Nations spokesman stressed the need for all parties to comply completely to international law at all times, respect and protect civilians, and end the refusal to enter aid, saying that all countries should use their influence to end the conflict and ensure respect for international law, by imposing diplomatic and economic pressure and fighting impunity.
