An active and supportive group of democracy in Sudan reported today, Saturday, that at least 45 people were killed after elements of the Rapid Support Forces entered a city in the west of the country.
The resistance committees, a youth network that follows the developments of the war in Sudan, said that the Rapid Support Forces carried out attacks on the city of Maliha during the past two days.
According to a preliminary list of victims published by the group, among the dead are 12 women.
The Rapid Support Forces said on Thursday that they took control of Al -Maliha, a desert strategic city located in North Darfur near the border with Chad and Libya.

For its part, the Sudanese Armed Forces approved battles about Maliha, but did not announce the loss of control of the city.
Al -Maliha is about 200 km north of the city of El Fasher, which is still under the control of the Sudanese army despite the daily attacks carried out by the Rapid Support Forces against them.
