“Global 195” launch to pursue Israelis involved in war crimes in Gaza .. Know the details – the seventh day

The International Center for Justice for the Palestinians launched the “Global 195” initiative to pursue the Israelis involved in war crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The director of the center, Tayyip Ali, said that the center has worked during the past 18 months to collect evidence about the crimes of the Israeli war in Gaza.

He pointed out that “Global 195” has a large number of evidence that was documented in accordance with the British criminal standards.

He added that this evidence provides a very clear picture about the crimes committed by Israel in Gaza, which prompted the center to launch the second stage of accountability through the “Global 195 initiative”.

On the initiative of the center, an international legal alliance was launched under the umbrella of “Global 195”, to ensure the world’s trial for the Israelis and the double citizenship involved in the war crimes in Gaza.

The coalition is based on the establishment of an international accounting network that extends across 4 continents, and uses national and international legal mechanisms to pursue the perpetrators of war crimes in Gaza, and seeks to obtain arrest orders and start judicial procedures against them.

The initiative targets soldiers from the Israeli occupation army, senior officers and political officials accused of violating international law.

Through the initiative, the “International Center for Justice for the Palestinians” works to coordinate efforts with lawyers and legal institutions in many countries, to ensure that those responsible for crimes are brought to justice.

The initiative was supported by lawyers and civil society organizations from Britain, Canada, Turkey, Norway, Malaysia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which enhances its efforts in achieving legal accountability at the global level.

On November 21, 2024, the International Criminal Court issued two arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Secretary Yoav Gallant, for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians in Gaza.

And 124 countries, including Israel or the United States, signed the founding of the “Rome Charter” of the International Criminal Court, and therefore these countries are obligated to arrest Netanyahu or Galent, as soon as one of them is within its borders.
