Trump threatens to eliminate the Houthis completely and American raids on Sanaa and Saada – the seventh day

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday vowed to completely eliminate the Houthis, while American fighters launched new raids on areas including Sanaa and Saada.

Trump said on his platform “Truth Social” that severe damage was caused to the Houthis, and that the situation will gradually get worse for them, as he put it.

He added that the Houthis would lose in all cases, but he considered that Iran’s stopping of its supplies would make them lose quickly.

The American President called on Iran to stop “immediately” to send weapons to the Houthis and let them fight themselves, he said.

Trump spoke of reports indicating that Iran is still sending large quantities of weapons to the group despite reducing its support for them.

Last Saturday, the United States started air strikes on what it described as targets of the Houthis, and said that the operation aims to restore freedom of navigation in the marine corridors in the region.

Dozens of air strikes and missile strikes killed more than 50 people in Sanaa and several other Yemeni governorates.

Meanwhile, the Houthi media reported that the capital, Sana’a, was exposed this evening to what it described as an American aggression.

The same source said that other American raids targeted the vicinity of the northern city of Saada.

The Houthi media also said that the American aviation launched raids on the Al -Sawadiya district in Al -Bayda Governorate, in the center of the country.

US officials have said that the military campaign against the Houthis could last for weeks.

In response to the American strikes, the Houthis announced yesterday that they had targeted for the fourth time the American aircraft carrier “Truman” in the Red Sea with rockets and drones.

The Houthis also launched a missile at Israel yesterday, and the Israeli army said it was able to intercept it.

The American attacks on Yemen began shortly after the Houthis declared the resumption of their operations against Israeli ships in the marine corridors in the region.
