This came in a decision issued by the extraordinary session of the Arab League Council at the level of the permanent delegates, which was held today at the headquarters of the General Secretariat at the Presidency of the Republic of Yemen (the presidency of the Ministerial Council) at the request of a state of authority and support for member states, following Israel in the immediate force of the occupation to continue the crimes of aggression, genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people.

The Council called on the international community to implement all legal benefits related to the implementation of decisions related to the protection of powerful civilians, and to urge the states and institutions of the international community to participate in the protection of Fustin civilians and to form a practical and effective mechanism to implement what was stated in the decision of the General Assembly and the report of the Secretary -General of the United Nations, which guarantees applicable options to protect Palestinian civilians.

He warned that Israel’s residency of the occupying force, by violating the ceasefire and its continuation of the crimes of aggression, genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people over the course of 17 continuous months, and during the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of mercy, forgiveness and the greatest months of Arabs and Muslims, constitutes a flagrant violation of human rights and heavenly laws, and the feelings of the world prepared.

The Council condemned the Israeli response to the message of peace, security and stability included in the Arab Summit Resolution on 3/24/2025, through Israel, the illegal occupation force for more horrific brutal massacres against Palestinian civilians, and warning that Israel is blowing any opportunity or initiative for a comprehensive and fair peace in the region, on the basis of international law, international legitimacy decisions and the Arab Peace Initiative for the year 2002 and ending the illegal Israeli occupation.

The Israeli aggression and ethnic cleansing condemned the occupied West Bank, including the destruction of Palestinian refugee camps and forcibly displacing their people from their homes, illegal colonial settlements, settlement terrorism, racist separation, house demolitions, land confiscation, destruction of infrastructure, military incursions into Palestinian villages, villages, camps, and violating the sanctity of holy places.

The council also stressed that the right to return to Palestinian refugees is a human and legal right that is not disposed of and no party has to waive it, whether it is by a political decision or an international agreement .. It is the right guaranteed under international law and United Nations resolutions, especially Resolution 194 issued in 1948, which emphasizes the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes from which they were forcibly displaced, and compensate them for the losses they suffered, and that any attempts To cancel it or circumvent it contradicts international legitimacy and human justice, and asking society to assume its responsibilities in ensuring the implementation of the right of return, as a fixed right that does not fall into statute of limitations.

The Council of the League of Arab States condemned the systematic inhumane practices that the Israeli prison authorities apply against the Palestinian prisoners, the implementation of field executions against a number of them, the practice of the harshest types of torture, starvation, abuse and sexual assaults against them, and the severe medical negligence that led to the martyrdom of increasing numbers of them, calling on the international community and the international organizations concerned, especially the International Committee of the Red Cross, to pressure Israel the power The list in the occupation to release all Palestinian prisoners and detainees, and to send delegations to all Israeli detention centers and torture, to determine the truth of what Israel is exercising against Palestinian prisoners, including forcibly disappeared.

He urged all international and regional states and organizations, including the Security Council, and based on the legal benefits contained in all decisions and references related to legitimate Palestinian rights and inappropriately to take all measures and penalties that Israel obligates the existing force of the occupation to immediate and unconditional ceasefire and commit crimes against the Palestinian people, and ensure the enforcement of humanitarian and relief aid to all regions of the Gaza Strip, in implementation of the decisions of the Council Related security, including Resolution 2735 (2024), and the implementation of all temporary measures mentioned in the orders of the International Court of Justice, to prevent genocide.

He also urged the United States of America as one of the guarantors to implement the ceasefire agreement, to pressure Israel the existing force of the occupation, to stop violating the ceasefire and implementing all its stages, which resulted from the Egyptian -Qatari -American mediation, and to return immediately to the implementation of the second and third stages of it, and its withdrawal from all areas of the Gaza Strip and the lifting of the siege on it, in a way that guarantees the inconvenience of unconditional, sufficient and immediate security of humanitarian aid and relief And medical, without hindrance, distributing this aid throughout the sector and facilitating the return of the people of the Gaza Strip to their areas and homes.

The Council called on all countries to provide financial and political support to the Arab -Islamic plan adopted by the Arab Summit on March 4, 2025, and the foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on March 7, 2025 in Jeddah, regarding recovery and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip, ensuring that the Palestinian people are stabilized on their land and to address attempts to displace it and enable it to exercise all their legitimate rights, and urge countries and international and regional financing institutions to quickly provide the financial support necessary to implement the plan.

He welcomed the intention of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in coordination with the State of Palestine and in cooperation with the United Nations, held an international conference in Cairo to coordinate regional and international efforts to provide the necessary support for the Arab -Islamic plan for reconstruction, next May.

He stressed the necessity of pursuing all Israeli officials for the grave violations and crimes committed by Israel, the illegal occupation force, against the Palestinian people through international and national justice mechanisms, and a reminder that these crimes do not fall by limitations and to hold Israel legal, material and moral responsibility, for its crimes in Gaza and other occupied Palestinian lands, and demanding them to pay the necessary compensation by taking appropriate legal measures and calling countries to join To the prosecutions before the competent international institutions against the Israeli entity in this regard.

He also stressed the necessity of implementing the consultatives of the International Court of Justice on the Palestinian issue, implementing the decision of the General Assembly regarding the recent consultative opinion of the court regarding the illegality of the Israeli occupation and the need to end it immediately, and respect the right of the Palestinian people who are not active in determining the fate, and calling on all countries to comply with their obligations under international law, as mentioned in the consultative opinion, and the decision of the related general assembly.

The Council called on all countries to cooperate with the International Criminal Court in implementing the arrest warrants issued by the court against the Israeli war criminals, and the failure to politicize the decisions of the International Criminal Court, and its urgent support in fairness of the victims and the lack of impunity of the criminal, so late justice is injustice and lack of justice, and the urges of human rights associations, lawyers, civil society organizations and Arab and Islamic communities in countries with global judicial jurisdiction to file a lawsuit against war criminals And the elements of the occupation army who participated in the Israeli address against the Palestinian people.

He called for activating the decisions of the Arab and Islamic Summit to break the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip and impose the introduction of caravans of Arab humanitarian, Islamic and international relief aids, and the entry of international organizations to the sector, protecting its crews and enabling them to play its role completely and support the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA), while stressing that creating the living conditions of the population through widespread destruction and punishment Collective, starvation, prevention of food arrival and relief materials are a form of genocide …
