The members of the Security Council condemned, in a conclusive manner, condemned the detention of the Rapid Support Forces to more than 60 UN peace memorization, the kidnapping of eight civilian employees, and the looting of a logistical convoy of the United Nations Security Force for Abi (UNICF) consisting of eight vehicles and 280 thousand liters of fuel.
According to the United Nations Media Center, Security Council members expressed their deep concern over the threats to the security and safety of peacekeepers and the UNICF civilian employees.

Members condemned all forms of violence against United Nations and civilians, including targeted kidnappings, and they reiterated that the attacks against peacekeepers may constitute war crimes, reminded all parties of their obligations under international humanitarian law, and called for the rapid support forces accountable.
The Security Council members urgently called for the return of UNICF trucks and fuel immediately, and they also called on all parties to allow UNICF to carry out its tasks entitled to it completely and without intervention, including providing support for the joint monitoring and verification mechanism of the border.
The members of the Security Council praised the efforts of the Acting President of the UNICF mission to successfully return all victims to safety. They reaffirmed their full support for UNICSA and expressed their appreciation to the countries contributing to forces and police personnel in the mission.
