Belgian Foreign Minister Bernard Quinin expressed his condemnation of the new Israeli raids, and said that the human losses it caused threatens to achieve the goals of the ceasefire agreement.

A UNICEF spokeswoman in Gaza confirmed that the resumption of the Israeli aggression was preceded by a shortage of aid and the destruction of health care in Gaza.
