A UN rarely warns of a group ethnic cleansing in the West Bank – the seventh day

Today, Monday, expert Francesca Albaniz warned that the Palestinians are facing a real threat to collective ethnic cleansing, in light of Israel’s implementation of its long -term plan to seize the Palestinian territories and evacuate it from the Palestinians.

The special decision concerned with the human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian territories added, according to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), that ethnic cleansing involves actions that constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity, and even genocide.

Francesca Albaniz indicated that the West Bank has faced its worst attack since the second intifada, which was characterized by air strikes, armored bulldozers and its controlling demolitions to launch raids, destroying homes, destroying villages and biological infrastructure, including agricultural lands.

She emphasized that history shows that Israel’s strategy to build “Greater Israel” free of Palestinian presence depends on forced displacement and the suppression of the Palestinians, saying that “Israel’s behavior aimed at ethnic cleansing of the land falls to the level of a group of genocide to erase the Palestinians as a people.”

“The international community must fulfill its obligations to protect the Palestinians from annihilation … The only way is to implement the consultative opinion of the International Court of Justice, which recognized the legality of Israel’s continuous existence in the occupied Palestinian territories, and ordered that it endlessly or condition, and impose temporary measures binding on Israel to prevent genocide in Gaza.”

Francesca Albaniz concluded by saying, “Palestine is a wound, a wound, what is happening to the Palestinians is a tragedy that predicted it, and a stigma in the history of Israel that we bear its responsibility collectively. The world has not yet missed the world to rise and do the right thing.”
