The King of Jordan confirms the need to maintain the ceasefire in Gaza and enter aid – the seventh day

The Jordanian monarch, King Abdullah II, stressed the need to reach a comprehensive calm, maintain the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, support the reconstruction of the Strip without the displacement of its residents, and the resumption of entry to aid, pointing to the importance of Italy’s role in providing humanitarian aid to the sector and its contributions to the human air bridge.

This came during the meeting of the Jordanian monarch in Rome, today, Monday, with Italian President Sergio Mattarella – according to the statement of the royal court today – where they dealt with historical friendship between the two countries and regional developments.

King Abdullah II warned of the danger of escalation in the West Bank, and violations of Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.
