A spokesman for the Somali Ministry of Defense, Sheikh Abu Bakr Mohamed, announced the implementation of air strikes and direct battles against the terrorist militias of Kharijites, during the past hours, in several regions of the country.
The military spokesman said – according to the Somali News Agency – that the attacks and air strikes targeted the militia strongholds in the areas of “Oujli” and “Dunk” in the lower province of Shabili, “Bou Bus Herry”, “Smudali”, and “Labujis” in the Central Shabili region, the city of “Ala Pur” and “Ghilly” in the Galmdag region.

Sheikh Abu Bakr praised the Somali National Army and local citizens for their cooperation in confronting these rebels who have been shedding the blood of innocent Muslims.
